Order Tracking
Track orders from your account dashboard after login, or contact support with your order number and checkout email.
01 Account orders
Customers with an account can review order status and order history from the account orders page.
- Use the same email account used at checkout.
- Order status updates appear after payment and fulfillment checks are processed.
- Carrier tracking appears after dispatch and the first carrier scan.
02 Guest support
If you checked out without an account, contact support with the order number, checkout email, and recipient name.
- Do not send full payment-card information through support forms.
- Include the order number whenever possible.
- Support can confirm whether the parcel is preparing, dispatched, or awaiting carrier scan.
03 Delivery timing
Delivery timing depends on item preparation, quality control, destination, and carrier processing.
- Custom or high-value items may need extra confirmation time.
- International tracking can pause while parcels clear export or import processing.
- Contact support if tracking has not updated for several business days after dispatch.
